IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
